Payever ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP) and global standards including GDPR.

What we collect

• Contact info: Name, email, phone, city — when you submit a quote request or message us
• Project details: Business name, requirements, files you share for the project
• Payment info: Handled by Razorpay/PayU — we never store card numbers
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent (Google Analytics)
• Cookies: Session cookies for login, analytics cookies (anonymized)

How we use your data

• Deliver the service you requested
• Send project updates via WhatsApp, email, calls
• Issue GST-compliant invoices (legally required)
• Improve our website and services
• Respond to support inquiries

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your project details with anyone outside your project team
• We do not send marketing emails without consent

Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)

• Access: Request a copy of all your data we hold
• Correction: Correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion (we'll comply within 30 days, except where legally required to retain — like GST records for 6 years)
• Portability: Get your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent: Stop processing at any time

Data security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Servers are hosted in Mumbai (AWS Mumbai region) with daily backups, role-based access, and security patches. We comply with ISO 27001 best practices.

Data retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary: project files for 2 years post-delivery, billing records for 6 years (GST requirement), analytics data anonymized after 26 months.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (login, cart) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics — anonymized IPs). You can decline analytics via your browser settings.

Children

Our services are for businesses, not minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email and posted here with an updated date.
