We stand behind our work. Here's our refund policy in plain language:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If, within 7 days of paying advance, you're not satisfied with our progress or communication, you can request a full refund of the advance — no questions asked.
Refund After Week 1
- Before first deliverable: 80% refund of advance (we keep 20% for time spent)
- After first deliverable: Pro-rated refund based on milestones completed
- After project delivery: No refund (warranty applies for bug fixes only)
How to Request
- Email refunds@payever.in with your invoice number
- State the reason (helps us improve)
- We acknowledge within 24 hours
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
- Domain name registrations (paid to registrar)
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Hosting paid in advance (refund is from hosting provider, not us)
- Stock photos/icons purchased for your project
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate to founder@payever.in. We resolve disputes fairly within 7 days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve 99% of issues directly. Chargebacks waste both our time and may affect your credit history.
