If, within 7 days of paying advance, you're not satisfied with our progress or communication, you can request a full refund of the advance — no questions asked.

  1. Email refunds@payever.in with your invoice number
  2. State the reason (helps us improve)
  3. We acknowledge within 24 hours
  4. Refund processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method

If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate to founder@payever.in. We resolve disputes fairly within 7 days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve 99% of issues directly. Chargebacks waste both our time and may affect your credit history.
