By using Payever's services or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Payever provides IT services including website development, mobile apps, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and design. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices are defined in your individual project quote.
All quotes are valid for 15 days. Once you accept and pay 40% advance, we begin work. Quote prices are fixed — no surprise increases. GST 18% is added separately as required by law.
Quoted timelines are best-effort. Delays caused by client-side dependencies (content, approvals, third-party access) extend timelines. We commit to weekly status calls and daily WhatsApp updates.
Each project includes 2 rounds of free revisions in the agreed scope. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately. Major scope changes mid-project may require renegotiation.
Both parties agree to keep project information confidential. Custom NDAs available on request (free for projects above ₹1 lakh).

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party service issues (e.g., hosting downtime if hosted elsewhere).
30-day post-delivery warranty for bug fixes (not feature additions). After 30 days, support is available via maintenance retainer (₹2,999/month) or pay-per-task.
Either party can terminate with 7 days written notice. Refunds per Refund Policy. Completed milestones are billed.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in [your state] under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
